Things you can take.

Written for our own engagements, published in full.

Each of these started as a document we wrote for a client and found ourselves writing again. Rather than keep them, we publish them: the whole thing, on the page, with no form in front of it and no address to leave behind.

Take them, cut what does not apply, and put your own name on them. If one raises a question it does not answer, that is usually the interesting part — write to us about it.

AI policy template

A two-page AI use policy for a company that does not need a forty-page one.

Seven clauses — scope, approved tools, what must not go into a model, human review, disclosure, ownership, incidents — each with a note on why it is worded that way. Available as Markdown.

If a document raises the question underneath it.

These are written to be used without us. When one surfaces a decision rather than settling it, that is the work we actually do.
