These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the notacompany.com website ("Site"). The Site is Tiago Martins' personal website and is operated through Pipedesk OÜ ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Estonia.

notacompany.com is a personal website for portfolio work, collaborators, bookmarks, and projects that do not fit one neat category. It includes client and company work, collaborators, curated bookmarks, RSS feeds, public API documentation, and notes about projects in progress.

The Site is provided for informational purposes. It is not a marketplace, recruiting platform, investment service, or legal, financial, or professional advice service.
