• Subscription details. If you subscribe to Tiago’s Feed, we store your email address and the date you subscribed.
• Messages you send us. If you use the contact form or email us, we keep your message and contact details so we can reply.
• Basic analytics. Aggregate, privacy-respecting page statistics. No cross-site tracking, no advertising cookies, no selling of data — ever.

3. Why we use it

To send you the feed you asked for, to answer your messages, and to understand roughly which writing is useful. Our lawful bases are your consent (for the newsletter) and our legitimate interest in running and improving the site.

4. Who else sees it

Only the service providers we need to operate — email delivery, hosting, and analytics — each bound to process data on our instructions. We never sell or rent your information.

5. How long we keep it

Subscription data until you unsubscribe, plus a short grace period. Correspondence for as long as it is useful to the relationship. Analytics in aggregate only.

6. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link. Write to hey@notacompany.com and we’ll act within 30 days.

7. Changes

If we change this policy we’ll update the date above, and tell subscribers directly if the change is material.
