Where DAS serves allocators, Permissionless serves the people actually building DeFi protocols. 7,000+ attendees at Industry City, Brooklyn, with a dedicated "DeFi Renaissance" track that goes deep on RWAs, US capital formation, and protocol design. If you're hiring Solidity devs, testing a new primitive, or want unfiltered feedback on your protocol architecture, this is the room.

The co-located hackathon ($100K+ prizes) attracts serious builders, and Blockworks curates the programming with a practitioner lens. Previous speakers include Kain Warwick (Infinex), Hayden Adams (Uniswap), and RWA panels with MakerDAO, Centrifuge, and BlockTower. Less institutional polish than DAS — you won't meet many pension fund managers here — but significantly stronger signal on what's actually being built at the protocol layer.
